Terms & Conditions – Sites Print Lab

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website sitesprintlab.shop or placing an order with Sites Print Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Sites Print Lab provides printing, graphic design and related services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Artwork

All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or website form) with clear specifications.
Artwork must be supplied in the correct format (PDF/AI/EPS at 300 DPI minimum) unless we are providing design services.
We perform a free artwork check before printing; however, the customer is ultimately responsible for the accuracy of all content, including spelling, grammar and design.
Any changes after artwork approval will incur additional charges and may delay the order.
Sites Print Lab accepts no responsibility for errors in customer-supplied artwork that have been approved by the customer.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.
Payment is due as specified in the invoice: typically 50% upfront and 50% before dispatch, unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
We accept UPI, NEFT/RTGS, credit/debit cards and demand drafts. Cash payments are not accepted for orders above ₹50,000.
Overdue invoices will accrue interest at 2% per month.

5. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times begin upon receipt of confirmed artwork approval and payment. All delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed unless a specific deadline surcharge has been agreed. Sites Print Lab shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, force majeure events or customer delays in artwork approval.

6. Colour Accuracy

Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen representations due to differences in monitor calibration and print processes. Pantone colour-matching is available at additional cost. We strongly recommend requesting a print proof for large or colour-critical orders.

7. Intellectual Property

The customer warrants that all artwork, images and content supplied are legally owned or licensed for use and do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Sites Print Lab retains copyright in all original designs created by our team unless ownership is transferred in writing upon full payment.
We reserve the right to use printed samples in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the customer requests confidentiality in writing.

8. Prohibited Content

Sites Print Lab will not print any material that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or that infringes any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sites Print Lab's total liability to the customer for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages.

10. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sites Print Lab from any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from the use of customer-supplied content or any breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Amendments

Sites Print Lab reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
